Learning Management Systems:
There are many Learning Management Systems commercially available for businesses to use. When considering implementing an LMS in your organization, an open source solution which can be fully customized to fit the needs of your organization should be explored as an option. The Training Integration Management System was implemented at Extraco Banks and customized for their specific needs. It has been serving over 450 employees and hosting and tracking their progress in more than tweny e-learning courses since 2004.
